I have good intentions to create some interesting posts, but as you can see, it seldom happens, so I decided it would be better just to throw a bunch of pictures up on the blog than to wait until I get time and inspiration at the same moment! Anyway, the tower referred to below is part of the new bridge connecting Verona Island to Bucksport, next to Ft. Knox. We took a day to go there and then on to Camden during Katie and Todd's visit - we filled up our cars by inviting Sue, Laura, James, and Benny to go too. More pics to come!

We had such a fun 4th of July picnic at Kiwanis Park - thankfully we got all the cars unloaded and the tables moved onto the covered deck before it started raining. As soon as we were done eating, the sun came out and the kids played on the playground all afternoon.
